Sweetening up your steak with our Pineapple Thai sauce for a quick weeknight meal!

Serves: 1 (can easily double)
Ingredients
- 4oz flat iron steak, cut as desired
- 2 tbsp. Pineapple Thai Sauce
- 1 japenese sweet potato, diced
- 1/2 cup broccoli, steamed
Instructions
- Toss diced sweet potato with coconut oil and roast at 400 degrees F for about 20 minutes
- While potatoes are roasting, toss flat iron steak with pineapple thai sauce
- Grill steak as desired
- Serve potatoes and steak with steam broccoli
