Pineapple Thai Flat Iron Steak Bowl

Sweetening up your steak with our Pineapple Thai sauce for a quick weeknight meal!  

Recipe type: Lunch, Dinner 

Serves: 1 (can easily double) 

Ingredients 

  • 4oz flat iron steak, cut as desired 
  • 2 tbsp. Pineapple Thai Sauce  
  • 1 japenese sweet potato, diced 
  • 1/2 cup broccoli, steamed 

Instructions 

  1. Toss diced sweet potato with coconut oil and roast at 400 degrees F for about 20 minutes 
  2. While potatoes are roasting, toss flat iron steak with pineapple thai sauce 
  3. Grill steak as desired 
  4. Serve potatoes and steak with steam broccoli
