Pineapple Thai Flat Iron Steak Bowl
Sweetening up your steak with our Pineapple Thai sauce for a quick weeknight meal!
Recipe type: Lunch, Dinner
Serves: 1 (can easily double)
4oz flat iron steak, cut as desired
2 tbsp. Pineapple Thai Sauce
1 japenese sweet potato, diced
1/2 cup broccoli, steamed
Toss diced sweet potato with coconut oil and roast at 400 degrees F for about 20 minutes
While potatoes are roasting, toss flat iron steak with pineapple thai sauce
Grill steak as desired
Serve potatoes and steak with steam broccoli
