Make today a FRY-day! What better way to enjoy these Mexican Street Fries than by crafting a Cilantro Lime crema with our Zesty Cilantro sauce!
2 russet potatoes peeled and cut in french fry slices
1TBSP of Olive Oil
1 TBSP of Zesty Cilantro
Sprinkle of salt
2 TBPS of sour cream
2 TBSP of Zesty Cilantro
Fresh cilantro for garnish
PREHEAT oven at 375 F.
SOAK the potatoes in cold water for at least 30 minutes to remove the starch and have crispier French fries.
DRY your potatoes very well so they don’t become soggy when cooking.
SEASON your fries with the Zesty Cilantro and the olive oil. Place them single layered in a baking sheet lined with parchment.
BAKE your french fries for 20 minutes. Turn the oven up to 425° and cook fries for another 20 minutes.
WHILE they bake, mix the 2 TBSP of Zesty Cilantro and the 2 TBSP of sour cream.
TOP your fries with the jalapeño slices, cilantro, the cilantro crema, and cotija cheese.
