- 4 medium ears sweet corn, husks removed
- 1/2 cup of mayo
- 1/4 cup of Zesty Cilantro
- juice of 1 lime
- 1/2 cup cotija cheese, crumbled
- Lime wedges, and chopped cilantro as garnish
1- Heat up your grill at 400F (You can also use an oven method for this step).
2- Let's make the sauce. I
n a bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, Zesty Cilantro
sauce, and lime juice. Set aside.
3- Grill the corn: Place the husked corn directly onto the grill. Grill for 5 minutes each side or until kernels begin to turn golden brown and look charred.
4- Remove from the grill and brush with the sauce. Sprinkle with cotija cheese and some fresh cilantro.
