Serves: 4 (can easily double)
Ingredients
- 1 lb coho salmon
- 4-8 tbsp. Jalapeno & Green Apple
- Serve with favorite sides (shown here roasted carrots, brussels sprouts and beet kraut)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F
- Coat salmon with Jalapeno & Green Apple
- Bake salmon on a foil lined sheet for 12-15 minutes
- Serve with favorite side!
