    Jalapeno & Green Apple Cauliflower With Shrimp

    Serves: 4
    • 4 cups riced cauliflower
    • 1 tbs ghee
    • 6-7 tbs jalapeno & green apple sauce
    • Sides as desired (Shown: steam shrimp, roasted brussels sprouts, pomegranate seeds, microgreens)
    1. Heat a non stick skillet over medium heat
    2. Add ghee to the pan and allow to melt
    3. Add in rice cauliflower and sauté until slightly golden
    4. Toss with jalapeno and green apple
    5. Serve with sides as shown or as desired
