Ingredients
- 4 cups riced cauliflower
- 1 tbs ghee
- 6-7 tbs jalapeno & green apple sauce
- Sides as desired (Shown: steam shrimp, roasted brussels sprouts, pomegranate seeds, microgreens)
Instructions
- Heat a non stick skillet over medium heat
- Add ghee to the pan and allow to melt
- Add in rice cauliflower and sauté until slightly golden
- Toss with jalapeno and green apple
- Serve with sides as shown or as desired
