Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 large egg, whisked
- ¼ cup almond flour
- Ghost Pepper & Tamarind, to taste
- ghee
Instructions
- Mix together ground beef, egg, almond flour and Ghost Pepper & Tamarind
- Roll meatballs into desired size
- Heat ghee in a skillet over medium heat
- Pan fry meatballs about 2-3 minutes on each side
- Place in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes to finish cooking
- Serve with your favorite sides
