Serves: 4 



  1. Mix together ground beef, egg, almond flour and  Ghost Pepper & Tamarind 
  2. Roll meatballs into desired size 
  3. Heat ghee in a skillet over medium heat 
  4. Pan fry meatballs about 2-3 minutes on each side 
  5. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 15 minutes to finish cooking 
  6. Serve with your favorite sides
