Fish Tacos with Corn Cilantro Slaw

This fish tacos are super easy to make! Enjoy them on some warm tortillas or have them as a salad bowl!

1 1/2 wild caught cod filets

    2 TBSP of Olive oil

2 TBSP of Jalapeño Green Apple sauce

    1 lime (juice)

    For the Slaw:

    8 oz of coleslaw

    1/3 can of corn ( 5 oz)

4 TBSP of mayo or sour cream

    2 TBSP of Zesty Cilantro

    For the spicy mayo:

    4 TBSP of Mayo

2 TBSP of Ghost Pepper Tamarind

1- Toss your fish in the marinade (Jalapeño Green Apple sauce, Olive oil, and lime) while you make the slaw. Do not let the fish marinate for more than 15 min as the citrus on the marinade will cook your fish.

2- For making the slaw mix all your ingredients ( Zesty Cilantro sauce, mayo, coleslaw, and corn) in a bowl and set aside.

3- Now lets cook the fish. For a very quick version broil at 500 F on a lined and greased baking sheet for 5 minutes. You can also make these fish filets in a pan, cooking each side for 3-4 minutes.

4- Once the fish is ready, flake with a fork and lets work on assembling the tacos!

5- Place your cilantro slaw on a warm tortilla and top with pieces of the fish. For a spicy finish, drizzle some of the Ghost Pepper mayo and enjoy!
