With such simple, refreshing, and healthy ingredients, you can’t go wrong with this delicious spiralized summer salad!!
- 1 English Cucumber (spiralized with flat blade)
- 1/3 Small Red Onion (spiralized with flatblade)
- 1/2 Yellow Mango (small cubes)
- 1 Tbsp. Saucy Lips Tangy Mango dressing
- Optional: For an added punch of flavor, sprinkle on some Crushed Red Pepper Flakes.
- Toss all ingredients in a medium bowl.
- Plate up and enjoy!!
