2 tbsp of preferred oil
I head of cauliflower riced
1/2 onion chopped
4 tbsp of Zesty Cilantro
1/2 cup of coconut milk
fresh cilantro and lime for garnish
ADD coconut oil to a large skillet on medium heat.
BRING oil to temperature then add the chopped onions and sauté for 2 min.
ADD the 4 tbsp Zesty Cilantro, the coconut milk and let it cook for another 2 min.
ADD the riced cauliflower and sauté for an additional 5 min.
REMOVE from the heat, top with fresh cilantro and enjoy!
