Whole30® Cheesy CauliRice & Veggie Meal Prep

Eat healthy all week with this Whole30 compliant meal prep recipe that is kicked up with our Ghost Pepper & Tamarind sauce! 

Recipe type: Lunch 

Serves: 4 



*Proteins & Veggies* 

  • 2 cups steamed broccoli 
  • 12-16 oz chicken, cooked and diced 
  • 8oz ham, cooked & diced 


  1. Toss together all *Cauli-Rice* rice ingredients 
  2. Evenly divide between 4 meal prep containers 
  3. Evenly top with broccoli and veggies 
  4. Enjoy all week long!
