- ½ cup nutritional yeast
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- drizzle, Ghost Pepper & Tamarind
*Proteins & Veggies*
- 2 cups steamed broccoli
- 12-16 oz chicken, cooked and diced
- 8oz ham, cooked & diced
- Toss together all *Cauli-Rice* rice ingredients
- Evenly divide between 4 meal prep containers
